If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our terms.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information. All orders will be shipped via USPS, other shipping company varies on expedite reasons for customers. Please inquire if needed be.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free Expedited shipping is not valid on international orders.

**Please Note FiercebyDRG LLC, are not responsible for unclaimed packages or wrong address deliveries. We ship to the address you provide.
**Address changes please email us immediately if you entered the wrong address so we can correct before mailing off your package. We can not make address changes once package has been mailed and all charges will remain final.
RETURN POLICY

Thank your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be initiated within forty-five (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Items without original tags and labels attached
